We excavated 3' behind the entire rear basement foundation wall. Applied GMX on the wall, dimple board. Installed a 4" solid perforated pipe. Seperated dirt from backfilled 57 stone. Sloped grade away from home toward a dry creek bed we also installed. Regraded the back yard, added a new patio and sod.
